Artichoke with Butter

Put some water in a pot and start boiling it. Cut off the stems of the artichoke(s) and wash them.

Once the water is boiling put the artichoke(s) into the pot and cover with a lid. Leave the artichoke(s) for 25-35 minutes depending on size. After the time has passed put a knife in the bottom of the artichoke(s) and see if the knife goes in and out smoothly.

Once done set aside the artichoke(s) and put some butter in a small bowl. Microwave for 30-45 seconds or until molten. At this point you can add salt.

04.

To eat peel off the petals and dip the white "meat" into the butter and eat. Once all petals are eaten you can cut out the heart and eat that as well.
