Roasted Potatoes

Preheat oven to 425℉

Wash and cut the potatoes into bite sized wedges, usually cutting potatoes into 6th's works well. Place potatoes into a deep pan making sure they aren't too crowded.

Drizzle a good amount of olive oil over the wedges, then coat in salt and pepper. At this point you can also add chopped up fresh garlic pieces as well as the rosemary cuttings.

Once the oven is heated bake the potatoes for 20-25 minutes.
