01.

Cut off the fatty portions of the pork chops. Once this is complete use a meat tenderizer to get the pork chop really thin. Do this by hitting down while also outwards from the center of the pork chop to expand it while also flattening it.

02.

Once all pork chops are completely flattened, put an ample amount of salt and pepper on each side of the pork chop, make sure to press the salt and pepper in with your hands.

03.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and stir till everything is thoroughly mixed, then prepare a large plate filled with flour and another filled with bread crumbs. Put some salt and pepper on the flour and mix so that the salt and pepper is distributed throughout.

04.

Take a pork chop and put it in the flour, make sure that the entire pork chop is covered, then fully submerge it into the eggs and press it into the breadcrumbs.

05.

Once you have completed all of these steps put some oil in a pan and turn the stove to a medium heat. Place the schnitzel into the pan and start cooking. Once a side starts browning, flip the schnitzel and then take it off the stove once brown on both sides.

06.

Add any toppings you want and then serve, a bit of fresh lemon juice on top can nicely top off the meal.
