Vanilla Ice Cream with Hot Raspberry sauce

Put the frozen Raspberries into a small pot and turn to a lowish-medium heat.

As the berries start melting stir the berries to make sure nothing burns, every once in a while pour in a bit of water or alcohol of choice, alcohol is recommended as it leaves a better taste.

03.

Scoop a few scoops of ice cream into a bowl.

04.

Once the sauce is warm, pour over ice cream and enjoy.
