Add the eggs, sifted flour, and salt to the mixer and turn on, mix for a bit then slowly add water to turn the dough a bit more liquid. Keep mixing until the dough mixture can be scooped with a spoon but make sure it isn't runny
Boil some water and then using a Spaetzle press, press the mixture into the water, once the spaetzle floats to the top wait a few seconds and then take out the spaetzle
Set aside the spaetzle
Use a food processor to finely mince the onions
Put the minced onions in a pan on the stove and sautee for a little bit with oil
During this time grind the cheese
Add butter to the pan and add the spaetzle
Slowly sprinkle in the cheese while stirring
Add salt and pepper and serve
