Chicken Satay

Mix Coconut Milk (1 Cup) with the Turmeric Powder (1 Tsp), Sugar (1 Tbsp), and Soy Sauce (1 1/2 Tbsp) in a medium to large bowl until combined.

Cut chicken breasts (1 Lb.) into roughly 2-2.5 inch wide by max 1 inch thick strips and add to the marinade. Make sure to completely cover as well as mix around the chicken to make sure everything is coated. Let sit for at least 1 hour.

After the hour is complete, cook the chicken over low heat on either a grill, griddle, or in a pan. Make sure to cut the thickest piece of chicken at the end to make sure that none of the chicken is pink in the middle.

(Optional) Skewer the chicken with wooden skewers and serve with peanut sauce.
