Broccoli Soup

Finely chop the onion and ginger, once chopped, sauté in the pot with butter on low heat. Add salt and pepper. Cut the broccoli into small pieces in the meantime.

Once the onions are soft, add the broccoli, water, and bouillon. At this point you may also add oatmeal for a thicker broth. Stir until the bouillon is dissolved, put on medium heat and put a lid on the pot.

Let the soup cook for 10 minutes. Once done, turn off the heat and let sit for a little while. Then scoop the contents of the pot into a food processor. Once the mixture is homogenous the dish is ready.
