Prosciutto, Mozzarella Meat Roll

In a large bowl combine the eggs, tomato paste, milk, seasoning (all but pepper), garlic gloves, and bread. Preheat the oven to 350°

Once combined, crumble the ground beef over the mixture and combine, you will need to use your hand to really mix it.

On a piece of aluminum foil, press the meat into a rectangle about 3/4ths of an inch thick. Evenly lay the prosciutto over the meat to within 1 inch of the edges. Then sprinkle two cups of mozzarella cheese over the prosciutto.

Roll up log style, removing the foil as you roll, and seal all edges, place seam down onto a foil lined baking sheet or pan. Sprinkle black pepper on top and once the oven is preheated bake for 1 hour.

After the hour is over, sprinkle roughly 1 cup cheese on top and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. After removing from the oven wait at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving the roll.
