Homemade Pizza

Preheat the oven to 425℉ and sprinkle flour onto a clean flat surface. Lay the pizza dough onto the surface. Put a bit of flour on a pizza roller and roll out the dough.

Once the dough is thin and in the wanted shape transfer the dough to the baking sheet or non-stick pan and crease the edges of the dough.

Take a fork and poke holes throughout the entire non-creased part of the dough. At this point if you want you can melt some butter in a pan with minced garlic and brush the crust of the pizza.

Take a bit of cheese and lightly cover the non-creased parts of crust. Then evenly distribute the sauce, add another layer of cheese, and add any additional pizza toppings.

Once the oven is preheated put the pizza in the oven for 13-15 minutes. Once done, take out the pizza and let it cool down before enjoying.
