Add yeast and sugar to a bowl and stir together. Then add the warm water and stir quickly for a short period of time. Then let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

Add olive oil, flour, and salt while slowly stirring. Stir for about 5 minutes, if the dough is too sticky then add a bit more flour.

Remove the dough from the bowl and knead the bowl into a ball. Then grease the bottom of the bowl with a bit of olive oil and put the dough back in. Let the dough rise for 45-60 minutes or until the dough is roughly twice the original size.

Preheat the oven to 400℉ and put the dough onto a floured or nonstick surface, then roll out or knead the dough into a large circle or rectangle. Once complete poke several holes in the dough with your finger, make sure to go all the way to the baking sheet. Then sprinkle salt and olive oil on the dough. Add any other ingredients that you want.

Once the oven is at 400℉ put the dough in and bake for 20 minutes.
